Tomato Basil Soup |
All we need is a small number of ingredients and the least cooking skills
400 gm of canned tomato
220 gm of chicken broth
8 fresh basil leaves sliced
8 gm of sugar
80 ml of whipping cream
30 gm of butter
method
In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes and broth to boil. Reduce to simmer and allow the same for 10 min, don`t use a lid.whisk to get the tomatoes blended, add cream and butter.Finally add the basil leaves season with salt and pepper, use the sugar just before removing from fire to balance the taste. Serve Hot .. thats what all recipe books says ;)
